RLH is looking for business opportunities whereby companies may be under-capitalized or in need of a strategic partner in order to maximize the company to its fullest potential.

We are interested in growing companies and maximizing profits in a healthy manner.  This characteristic differentiates RLH in the market-place because RLH is not pressured by investors to liquidate a position, as is the case with many other management companies.

We prefer to hold companies under the RLH umbrella and use profits to sustain growth and fund new acquisitions.  Consequently, we are not seeking short-term liquidations for the purpose of generating profits.
